What qualifications do you have?

We have ordained ministers and notaries on staff to perform your weddings. We have been performing weddings over 15 years.

Can we get married at the location of where we are staying?

Yes, if allowed by the HOA. Please make sure you have permission from the Condo, Hotel or Beach House that you are staying. Ask them if there are any additional fees to use their beach for a ceremony. Any fees required are your responsibility.

Do we need a beach permit? 

In most cases, yes. Please inquire for more information. 

Can we decorate on the beach or add to your decorations? 

This will vary depending on beach location. Please inquire for more information with a list of specific decorations you prefer to bring.

I am having an outside wedding. What happens if it rains?

We require you to have a backup location for the wedding if rain is in the forecast. We can help with that by having it at a park with a pavilion.​ We do not give refunds if it rains. We sadly can't control the weather, but try our best to accommodate by offering to move the date or time for you.

How do I get the Marriage License?

 You must obtain your marriage license and give it to us at your ceremony.

What is the photo online download?

Once your photos are finished, your photographer will send you a link to your online gallery via email. 

Can we write our own vows?

Yes you can. If you have any special requests, please let your officiant know during your email consultation with them. 

Are there any additional fees or taxes?

All of our prices already include taxes, set up and break down fees. There is an additional processing fee of 3.5% that will be included on your invoice. Once you receive your booking paperwork via email, please review all terms and conditions carefully.

What if We Need to CanceL?

If event is canceled, no portion of the fees paid to 30a Beach Weddings will be returned. We do work with you to reschedule your event.
